My name is Sherri Glassell, and this is my 16th year teaching.  I have taught 5th grade literacy for 3 years and 6th grade literacy for 13 years.  I graduated from Green Forest High School in 1989 and earned my BSE from the University of Arkansas in 1994.   I am a National Board Certified Teacher in early to middle childhood literacy, and I am ESL certified.  I’m a mother of three children that also have attended Green Forest Schools.  My daughter, Emily, currently graduated from UCA at Conway and is working towards becoming a medical doctor.  Conner is studying Information Technology and works at Carroll Electric in Bentonville.  Zachary attending The University of Arkansas majoring in Theater.  I love to write, paint, and read.  I am also the author of Indigos: In a Name.  You can find it on Amazon.com.
