ABOUT US
Green Forest School District is a public school district based in Green Forest, Arkansas. Our District serves more than 1,300 students attending Green Forest Elementary (PK–3), Green Forest Intermediate (4–5), Green Forest Middle School (6–8), and Green Forest High School(9–12).
Green Forest is one of three school districts (along with the Berryville School District and the Eureka Springs School District) that serve the student population of Carroll County, Arkansas.

The Green Forest ABC Preschool is currently accepting applications for enrollment. Children must have turned 3 years old by August 1, 2025 and must not be eligible for kindergarten. We offer free slots for families who qualify. Applications may be picked up at the Green Forest ABC Preschool or you may call (870) 438-6130 or (870) 438-4226 for more information.
